Seattle Mariners' pitcher Felix Hernandez signed a seven-year, $175 million contract last year that essentially means he'll remain in the area for a long time to come. He might as well get his money's worth on his house. He apparently did just that, purchase this 5-BR split-entry contemporary home in Clyde Hill for $1.4M in May. With 3,120 square feet of space, Felix and his family have plenty of room to throw the ball around, run the bases and do other baseball-y things. The family formerly lived in a 5-BR, 4-bath, 5,000 sq. ft. home in Bellevue.
