Question 1: Is it really a "penthouse" when the building is only three floors? Question 2: If we have to buy the entire building in Pioneer Square for the right to have the 8,000 square-foot penthouse, aren't we really here to just buy the building? Question 3: Can we keep those tiny boxes and turn them into rooms? Cause that seems fun.
