$808 per square foot. That's what a small property at 10541 N.E. Fourth St. in downtown Bellevue sold for on July 23. That's 51% more than the previous record high, set just two months ago. The property sold for slightly more than $5M to Can105 Development Limited Liability Co. and is zoned for development of a high-rise tower. Clearly, the buyer sees a lot of value here, since the price they paid was more than $3.5M than the previous purchase price. [PSBJ]
