The developers behind the upcoming 600 E Pike Project will present their designs to the East Design Review Board tonight and here's a sneak peak at what they have in store. Their proposal, which includes preservation of some of the iconic Phil Smart Mercedes Benz dealership, calls for approximately 250-300 apartments, 15,000-20,000 square-feet of retail and 300 parking stalls. Whatcha think? A solid addition to Capitol Hill or just another mixed-use complex sucking the history out of auto row?
