The warehouse at 952 E. Seneca St. isn't much to look at and not the kind of place you'd want to hang out at. Developers are hoping to change that with plans to turn it into bars, restaurants and retail space.
Two-thirds of the building will be restaurant and bar space and a third will be retail space, Moon said. Sound a lot like Melrose Market? It should, as that's the model by which the group are basing this project on. While the complex doesn't yet have any tenants-in-waiting, they hope to start the remodel as soon as they receive city permits.
