South Lake Union's Metropolitan Park North office building has been sold by Spear Street Capital to Hudson Pacific Properties for $106.4M, per PSBJ. That's a pretty sweet flip for Spear Street, who bought the 11-story building out of foreclosure for $61M in 2012.
Not surprisingly, one of the tenants using the building's 189,765 square feet is Amazon. 24-Hour Fitness club is the first floor anchor tenant.
