The Graffiti Defense Coalition had big mural plans for a 90-foot-wide-by-45-foot-tall wall in Capitol Hill. Designs, which would include three other walls, were so imaginative and grand, they even gave it a name: Stunning Seattle. Local nonprofit The World Is Fun stepped in to provide a grant and support but instead the two entities are now locked in a legal battle that might stop the mural from ever happening. [Stranger]
