The Junction Flats project at 4433 42nd SW in West Seattle has been getting a lot of push back from locals in West Seattle since it was announced last year. Nicholson Kovalchick Architects is hoping they can quiet the critics with their latest design plans, which will go before the Design Review Board on August 29th. The project, in its current form, will include 78 apartments, two live-work units and 52 parking spaces.
Hopefully, they get a better reaction at the design meeting then they're getting in the West Seattle Blog comments...
