Pre-leasing is well underway at The Nolo at Stadium Place, a 160-unit apartment complex in Pioneer Square. The place was 10% rented as of July 26 and is expected to open its doors on September 1st. Tipster Giuliana happened upon the project's website where she encountered a wonderful mixture of renderings and photoshopped images that showcase the property. Our favorite is the one above, which makes it looks like that lady just wandered into someone's apartment while looking for a Starbucks and is quietly waiting to be told where to go.
