Every week it feels like we're featuring another Seattle-area house designed by AIA/Seattle Medal of Honor-winning architect George Suyama. And here's this week's. It's a tri-level contemporary 4-BR in Capitol Hill built in 1985. Nestled within a woodland setting, you're surrounded by wrap-around water and lush plantings. Inside, the large windows, open spaces and terrace access gives a "tree house feel." That's an expensive (and well-furnished) treehouse!
