Look, when a 2,200 square-foot, 1-BR SoHo-style artist loft becomes available at Union Art Co-Op's 1916-built building, we're going to notice. That's just science. But when you randomly throw a basketball hoop in the hallway of said loft next to what we can only assume are expensive pieces of art, you have our attention. Good thing you've got thirteen-foot ceilings and cement walls, just in case. One qualm, the broker babble says "Double pane, tinted windows show off a "bazillion" city lights." We demand hard data to back up that bazillion claim...
