Will a $200K price-chop help sell the Painted Lady at the corner of Boren and Columbia? It certainly can't hurt considering she's been on the market since last June. Originally asking $2.68M, the price has come down 8% to $2.48M for the 1885-built 4-BR Victorian building. Of course, it's been a while since she was strictly residential. Today, she includes a reception hall and two floors of offices. But she's still got living space and could be re-converted if someone were willing and interested in living like the original Seattleites did.
