Four-Duplex '2429' Project Planned For Westlake


Introducing 2429, a four-duplex, eight-unit development located at 2429 8th Avenue North in Westlake. Running east-west between 8th Avenue N and the back alley, plans call for a courtyard with garden spaces and eight parking spaces. The developers, who are waiting on a streamlined design review from the West Design Review Board, plan for the 11K square-foot complex to meet Built Green 4-Star standards.
