The Noba (8022 15th Ave. N.W. and Belay (6559 15th Ave. N.W.) apartment complexes in Ballard might have stupid names, but they got a stupid-good payday for developer Goodman Real Estate recently. The two buildings sold to a Boston-based real estate company for $41.1M. Both built in 2012, the Noba contains roughly sixty units while the Belay has about 100 units. Combined, the buildings are currently 95% leased.
