Say Hello To Capitol Hill's Stream 15 Apartments

Say hello to Stream 15 Apartments, a four-story mixed-use building that will contain 33 apartments, 3,400 square-feet of street-level retail, and below grade parking at the corner of 15th & Mercer in Capitol Hill. The complex will include a rooftop deck (naturally) and an eight-foot tall "green screen" along the ground level (literally naturally). Stream Real Estate will take these plans before the East Design Review Board on Wednesday evening for further feedback.
