On Sept. 23, Seattle's Design Review Board will be checking out plans for a five-story, mixed-use building at 4737 Roosevelt Way NE in University District. The project will consist of approx. 60 multifamily residential units over 1,400 square-feet of retail and 14 parking stalls. Originally proposed in 2008, the project went on hiatus with the market downturn and is only now getting re-started. The 9,000 sqaure-foot space is currently home to Bombay Grill and its parking lot.
