Construction is already well underway for a 41-story tower at Sixth & Bell under the Insignia name. It'll be getting a twin soon as well. Bosa Development Corp. told PSBJ Wednesday that they intend to build a second high-rise condo tower on the site as well. The first tower is expected to be finished in Spring 2015 and this new tower will be done in early 2016.
Prices range from $400K for an 800K square-foot 1BR to $2M for a 3-BR near the top of the residential tower. The entire project also includes 23,000 square feet of commercial space and roughly 1,000 parking stalls.
