Chutney's restaurant on 15th Avenue East in Capitol Hill has been boxed up. But not in the way you might think. The Chutney's building is now covered by an art installation called "Boxed Up." Created by local artist Greg Lewis, the installation includes planks of wood from old shipping pallets and is meant to express the memory of what was here before it's demolished in 2014 to make way for the Stream Fifteen apartment complex.
