New Renderings For Harbor Union's 149-Unit Complex In Wallingford

Back in January we told you about developer Harbor Union's plans to build a mixed use-apartment building at 1321 N. 45th Street on the corner of Interlake Avenue in Wallingford. Now we get some new renderings to help paint the picture a little better.

The yet-unnamed project will consist of 149 residential units with 6K square-feet of ground level retail space and approx. 150 below-grade parking spaces. Other noted amenities include extended sidewalks for potential outdoor dining or exterior retail, a central courtyard and library. As part of the project, eight single-family houses and a mixed-use building will be demolished. Designs will go before the Design Review Board on Sept. 30 for recommendations.
