The plan: To design a ten-unit/ten parking space townhouse development centered around a shared courtyard at 3806 & 3812 Fremont Avenue in Fremont. The goal: To achieve 4-Star Built Green certification, preserve existing trees where possible and utilize reclaimed materials while doing it. The next steps: B9 Architects will take their latest designs and plans before the Design Review Board for recommendations on Sept. 30.
