The redevelopment of Yesler Terrace is starting to work its way throughout the neighborhood and one project looking to make a difference is this mixed-use complex at 1622 E Yesler Way. Formerly an auto repair garage, plans call the space to turned into a building with 7 four-story live-work units with approximately 3,200 square-feet of commercial space. Each unit will come with one enclosed parking stall on the ground level. Caron will take their designs before the Design Review Board on Oct. 2 for early guidance.
