Tonight, Runburg Architecture Group and Mack Urban (formerly Harbor Urban) go before the Northeast Design Review Board to discuss their plans for a 260-unit multi-family project at 800 NE 67th St. in Roosevelt. Located just off I-5 at the junction of the 1903 Olmsted master plan and the anticipated 2021 Roosevelt Station spot, the complex is an attempt to look forward at the kind of density coming as the surrounding neighborhood grows. The project will include 220 parking spots, rooftop common space, urban agriculture and an 8K square-foot courtyard between buildings. Click on the image above for more renderings.
