So says Redfin, who used site pageviews and median sale prices to make their selections. Phinney Ridge saw a 178% increase in pageviews over the last year and came in with a median price of $502K.
Right now we don't see any Phinney Ridge homes selling at that price, but there is a nice 1910-built 3-BR going for $435K here. Take
a look if you want to be able to brag to your friends who live in other, less-hot neighborhoods.
