The highly-sought-after location at 752 108th Ave. N.E. is said to have the potential for two towers of up to 500,000 square feet. MERCER ISLANDThe French American School of Puget Sound recently bought two acres of land near their current campus for $2.8M. Located at the north end of Mercer Island, the 405-student school will now explore exactly what it wants to do with the new space as they continue to grow. [CHS]
