What $3,000/Month Can Rent You Around Seattle

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can rent for a set dollar amount in various Seattle neighborhoods. Is one man's studio another man's townhouse? Let's find out! Today's price: approximately $3,000/month all over town.

First, we head to University District where a two-level penthouse at Grandview Plaza is asking $3K/month. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the place with light and views while the master bedroom features en-suite with jetted marble tiled tub, large windows & walk-in closet. Three bedrooms in all.

Next we head over to Capitol Hill where Unit 309 at 1125 E Olive St is going for $3K/month. The 2-BR/2-bath unit covers 1,123 sq. ft. and puts you right on the edge of Cal Anderson Park. Also comes with one parking space in the garage.

From here we head north to Blue Ridge where you can rent the 3-BR/2-bath house at 10256 Richwood Ave NW for $3K/month. This 2,370 sq. rt. home feels very Northwestern thanks to the strong woodwork and cabin-like interiors. Don't worry about keeping up the landscaping, gardener services come with rent.

Interested in loft living? Then let's go to Queen Anne where you can get Apt 301 at 424 Queen Anne Ave N, a 2-BR loft available for $3K/month. 20-foot ceilings, exposed beams & steel, concrete floors. And yet, still full of luxurious amenities.

And finally, we end up in West Seattle, where a renovated 4-BR/3-bath house is waiting for us. Situated on a large corner lot, it offers hardwood floors, high ceilings, gas fireplace, high-end appliances, nice landscaping and lots of storage.
