Watch Phase I Of Amazon's New Headquarters Officially Begin

The Block 14 Project is the name given to what is essentially Phase 1 of Amazon's new 3.3M square-foot campus in downtown Seattle. Before this 37-story structure is built, Sellen Construction poured over 11K cubic yards of concrete to form the foundation, a process that took nearly seventeen hours. GeoEngineers, a consulting firm on the project, shot this time-lapse video from their office nearby so you can say you remember what it looked like before The Ama-Zone truly came to be.
