Paul H. Kirk, named a Fellow of the AIA in 1959, helped develop modern architecture's identity in the Pacific Northwest with his home and building designs. One such work is this mid-century modern 5-BR in Everett, which recently hit the market at $799K. Big windows, a brick facade and many wooden features mark the era and architect, though the home has been updated throughout. The view from the glass-railed deck isn't one to complain about, either.
