Hugh Sisley holds the dubious distinction of being Seattle's most notorious slumlord. The owner of some 50 Roosevelt-area properties is currently $2M in the hole in fines to the city over rental homes he failed to maintain. Now, Seattle is starting an initiative to inspect every rental unit in town and City Attorney Pete Holmes is coming for those overdue (and ever-climbing) fines.
