Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has bought up diet guru Jenny Craig's equestrian estate, of all things, for $18M. The 228-acre horse farm, known as Rancho Paseana, has a racing track, an olive orchard, five barns, a veterinarian's suite, a guesthouse, and a few very choice topiary horses. [Curbed National]
