The listing for Unit 17 at Belmont Place caught our eye when it went up last week, and not just because it looks like a the setting for a Bavarian fairy tale. It also looked pretty familiar and we remembered that we saw it last time it listed back in May 2013 as well. It wasn't until we went back, however, that we noticed how much better the staging is in the new listing than the previous one. The condo has been on and off the market a few times since last year. We won't be surprised to find out this time it sells, at least if first impressions have anything to do with it.
