Trick-Or-Treaters, Head to Phinney Ridge & Loyal Heights

Zillow is back with their annual list of the top trick-or-treating cities and neighborhoods around the country. Seems like you guys are getting stingy as Seattle continues to slide down the list from No. 4 in 2012 to No. 5 last year to No. 8 this year. Step up your game, Seattle candy-givers.

When it comes to the neighborhood that candy-seekers should camp out in on Halloween, it's a list of the usual suspects. Using a methodology that takes into account things such as population density, Walk Score® and local crime data, Zillow has it figured that Phinney Ridge is the best spot to score copious amounts of candy on October 31. It's followed by last year's top handout 'hood Loyal Heights and then Wallingford, Queen Anne and Roosevelt. North Seattle represent!
