Yesterday, we asked you to guess where this then-new construction cropped up in 1960. Commenter Foxfire was correct in their guess: 29th Ave SW and SW Barton St, the SW corner of Roxhill Park.
Locals may know Roxhill Park as the castle park in West Seattle, known for its extremely regal play structure. The revamped park, complete with a brand-new skatepark, was unveiled in April 2013.
