Description: When a new family bought this Matthews Beach home, they knew that wanted to remodel it to fit their dream house. Plans for the Lake Washington view home were to phase in the remodeling work floor-by-floor. Designed in collaboration with owners, NEST set about a full remake, including radiant heating retrofit across three floors, natural cork & existing oak floor refinishing, adding Kerf design Europly cabinets, installing in-ceiling Sonos system speakers and adding custom concrete countertops.
