Clise's Denny Triangle Data Center Reveals Renderings

Clise Properties and Graphite Design Group have submitted their plans to the design review board for their development on the northeast corner of 6th Avenue and Bell Street in Denny Triangle. The 12-floor data center will house computer systems and associated components, such as web cloud and data storage. The building will also include limited office space, such as control rooms, but will be predominantly equipment space. The spot is near Amazon's upcoming Rufus 2.0 campus and developers are putting that to good use by channeling the building's waste energy to heat the entire four-block, high-rise campus.
