When we first heard about MacFarlane Partners' plans for a 25-story tower at 901 Harrison St., it called for 328 residential units and 4,717 sq. ft. of retail. As the project moves into the recommendation phase with the design review board on November 5, we see that the number of residences planned is down (292) but the retail space has grown (8,200 sq. ft.). Regardless, all of that space is likely to fill if and when it's built given that it's right smack dab in the middle of South Lake Union's vertical expansion. Not to mention it's positioned perfectly between current and future Amazon campuses.
