Last Week's Biggest Sales: Bordeaux Mansion Sells For $3.3M

Listed for: $3.39M
Received: $3.3M
Size: 8-BR, 4-bath, 7,610 sq. ft.
Location: 806 14th Ave E, Capitol Hill
The Skinny: The Bordeaux Mansion was not long for the real estate market. It listed on October 6 and went pending by the 9th. Considering this historically-significant, four-story home includes a wine cellar, indoor lap pool and more porches than you can keep track of, it's not a huge surprise.

Listed for: $2.14M
Received: $1.8M
Size: 5-BR, 3.5-bath, 4,470 sq. ft.
Location: 2110 38th Ave E, Madison Park
The Skinny: This brand-new house by Winfield Homes found the market slightly less excited about the property than they were. Originally listing for $2.14M in July, they chopped the price three times before finding a buyer in early October. They ended up $340K lower than their initial ask but got there all the same.

Listed for: $1.69M
Received: $1.59M
Size: 3-BR, 2.25-bath, 3,180 sq. ft.
Location: 520 Galer St - #400, Westlake
The Skinny: If you didn't know where you were, you might think a condo like this only goes up in downtown. But thanks in part to the location, you're able to get a little more space for the money while also getting a pretty nice view of all those downtown condos. Listed in July, the condo spent a couple months pending before finally selling for just $100K under ask.
