As they prepare to present revised plans for their 40-story, 435-unit apartment tower at 2202 Eighth Ave. to the design review board, Clise Properties has unveiled a new round of renderings by Graphite Design Group to show off their cylindrical vision. The pièce de résistance is a layered and tapered roof design atop the oval-shaped tower, which is itself set on a four-story podium. The building will also include ground-level retail space and underground parking for 389 vehicles as well as 231 bicycles. Along with the 12-story data center they have planned nearby, Clise is putting a serious stamp on the new and improved Denny Triangle skyline.
