Yesterday, we asked you to guess where this then-new construction cropped up in 1960. Commenter Fnarf was correct in their guess: 13th Ave E and E Harrison St, although at the time 13th Ave E was 13th Ave N.
Other than that very different home to the left of the building, this corner looks essentially the same… except for some much-newer vehicles in the parking lot. (We're pretty sure the owners of the vehicles are significantly more grateful for a place to park them, though.)
