Alexandria Seattle and CollinsWoerman will present updated plans for a new Biotech lab project at 1165 Eastlake Ave E to the design review board on October 15. The four-level 134K sq. ft. building will include 1.5 levels of below grade parking for 81 cars, an 8,600 sq. ft. public plaza and roof-deck amenity space. The new designs moves around some of the entrances & stairs while also making the façades more architecturally-appealing. Check out more renderings after the jump.
