Remodeled Mercer Island Home Goes From Meh to Modern

Timeframe: 2004 - 2006
Cost: $550,000 for construction
Description: This Mercer Island home was looking for an upgrade from meh to modern. Finch Design and Production stepped in and made top-to-bottom changes. Exterior changes and additions include painted western red cedar, clear finished exterior trim and painted concrete panels. Milgard thermal break aluminum windows were installed as well. As for the interior, white oak flooring, granite counters and stained black walnut cabinets were added to complete the modern upgrade.
