50-Story Stanford Hotel Tower Plans Include Condos & Retail

In September 2013, Stanford Hotels purchased a one-third acre site at 1903 Fifth Ave. and many speculated that they would build a hotel because, duh, that's what they do. And so they will. The Seattle Times is reporting that a group controlled by Stanford has submitted plans to build a 50-story tower with a 284-room hotel, 90 apartments, 133 condos, 2,070 sq. ft. of street-level retail and underground parking for roughly 200 cars. The design review board will hear all about it on December 16. The Westin directly across the street must be thrilled...
