Play Indoor Basketball In Your Pioneer Square Loft

New, 1 comment

The bricks are from 1900. The design is much more modern. The view has changed a lot, but has always been in demand, and is about to improve (if Bertha ever finishes her job and the Viaduct is removed.) Just a thousand shy of a million, $999,000, buys a loft condo in Pioneer Square. With 18 foot ceilings you could put in a hoop and play basketball, as long as the downstairs neighbors don't mind the dribbling. Part is broken into two floors, so there some privacy for a bedroom and bath. The baths, by the way, are definitely not 1900 plumbing. If they haven't been showcased in a magazine, well, maybe these photos will suffice.
