This round, Capitol Hill versus Magnolia. Do you want a place where the tattoos are fine, or where the views are sweeping?

In this corner…Capitol Hill. A lot of Seattle's experimental culture started on the Hill. Lifestyles, fashions, music, and any counter-culture trend is probably represented in one walk down Broadway. Want to prove you're open-minded? Hang out with the locals and have your mind blown. Or, step a couple blocks away and find stately homes, quiet streets, and a museum and a park or two.

In the other corner…Magnolia. Grab a front row seat to a view few cities can claim. Waterfront is nice. Mountains are nice. Magnolia gets Puget Sound, the Olympics, the ferries, the fleet, and lots of nature gliding by. Look in the right direction and you may think you've left the city, and maybe you have. There are mansions on that hill, which are magnificent, but by definition aren't affordable. Ah, but the views, the views.
It's a battle between a view of the cultural edge or a view from the edge of the Sound? Who moves on to the Elite Eight?
