Early Design Renderings for a New Greenwood Landmark

You've got to have goals. This project aims to create a landmark for Greenwood. A four story, 48 unit building at the corner of Greenwood and 90th at least would replace the graffiti-ed building that's there now. At least there's no graffiti on the building's renderings in the proposal. It looks much nicer that way. The units will include things like private patios, rooftop decks, and bicycle storage. Considering how much is within walking distance, the idea sounds good.

If you've seen the movie, "Up", you might want to notice the house that will be getting a big new neighbor. Watch for large shipments of helium.

The Review Meeting is on January 5th, at 6:30 pm at the Ballard Community Center (6020 28th Ave NW).
