Before it was trendy Belltown, the land of condos and clubs, it was basic Belltown, the land where Seattle got its laundry done - at least in this building. It was built in 1908, the same year the Model-T was introduced. In 2003, the building began its new life as condos, and just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Now, $375,000 (+$474 monthly dues) gets you a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and 783 square feet of living space divided into a main floor, and well, a loft. The fixtures are modern. The ceiling is high. The views from the rooftop are worth a million at least. And, look, you get a laundry in the unit. That's just the way it had to be.
