Early Design Renderings for a Belltown Tower

Another big building is proposed for Belltown. Perkins+WIll are proposing a 33 story, mixed residential and office tower with six floors of underground parking at the corner of 3rd and Lenora. The site will be on the local high point that's left over from Seattle's era of regrading the hills. The proposal is for about 150 residential units, many of which should get impressive views. One advantage for the siting is being close to Amazon. In addition to the 13 floors of housing there will be 15 floors for offices. Residents may never have to leave the building. The preferred concept is a blocky Z, which makes it easier to have two rooftop terraces that get different views, and not of each other.

The Review Meeting is on January 6th, at 6:30 pm at City Hall, Room L280.
