CAPITOL HILL—An an urban cohousing project that would be the first of its kind in Seattle is set to break ground on 12th Avenue in Capitol Hill. The community will include nine units and construction is expected to take about a year. [CHS]
CENTRAL DISTRICT—The Madrona Company is replacing the long-empty lot & two-story building at 1141 MLK Jr. Way & Union St. with a four-story, mixed-use building with 50 residential units, 7,500 sq. ft. of commercial space and 25 parking spaces below-ground.
