They say you're nobody until you've constructed your very own 3M square-foot complex. If that's true, then I guess you could say that Amazon and Capstone Partners are somebody.
You're well aware of the impending Ama-Zone in Downtown Seattle but Capstone has joined them in the 3M Square-Foot Club with news that construction of 500 apartments in Esterra Park, a 28-acre mixed-use project in Redmond will kick off this summer. Located near Microsoft's Redmond HQ, the development will eventually be 1,400 apartments-large and include commercial space, a hotel and a massive park. "Think South Lake Union with a two-block park right in the middle."
