Seattle Bike Blog has a look at the 10th Ave S Hill Climb, a grant-funded part of the large-scale redevelopment of Yesler Terrace that will connect Yesler Terrace to Jackson Street with a stairway and gradual ADA ramp. While not specifically meant for bikes, it sounds like the kind of urban development that could be "a game-changing connection for people who live, work or play in Yesler Terrace and parts of First Hill."
