There was a time when Wards Cove Co. was one of Alaska's largest fish-processing companies and one of the Puget Sound region's largest private employers. Those days are long over and the 86-year-old company is selling the last of its Lake Union properties, two office buildings and a marina at 88 E. Hamlin St. and an industrial property at 303 N.E. Northlake Way. The former includes buildings measure out to roughly 23K square-feet while the latter includes moorage and is leased through the end of the year. There's no asking price on either property as the company seems to be looking for a quick sale to tie everything up quickly.
